Thinking alongside the travel sector
The importance of printed travel brochures and catalogues for
travel agents cannot be overestimated. According to research
potential holidaymakers buying a holiday will choose from a
selection of different travel brochures. For journeys around the
world the number increases considerably. An average travel
agent does not have a warehouse or any free space where it can
stock large volumes of catalogues. Without a weekly delivery of
new brochures the wheels of the cog would soon stop turning.
“TMS Soundwave has understood only too well that travel agents put their blind faith in their weekly appointments with our staff. For us, a travel agent is not just a delivery point for goods. We think alongside the travel agent and are aware of their concerns. We always try to react to these in good time”, states General Manager Jos Sleurs.

A solid team
Within TMS Soundwave there is a solid team of more than
twenty staff including drivers and managers who work day
in and day out ensuring that all the promotional material is
in order and goes out in time. At peak times, that are typical
of the tourist sector, TMS Soundwave brings in flexible extra
staff and calls on external courier services and additional
warehousing facilities.
